Reaction public consultation Directive 2011/16/EU

The European Commission is holding a public consultation regarding Directive 2011/16/EU. On July 29, 2024 our colleagues Taco Wiertsema & Roemer Schimmelpenningh responded to this consultation on behalf of Atlas Tax Lawyers.
