7 November 2024 – Exclusive Brazil roundtable session – Indirect tax reform in Brazil
On 7 November 2024, and in close cooperation with Brazilian tax specialists from Alma Law, Atlas Tax Lawyers proudly hosts an exclusive roundtable session on the latest indirect tax developments in Brazil. As you likely know, Brazil is completely reforming its indirect tax regime in such a way that the regime will be more in line with VAT systems as known in other regions. Our friends from Alma Law have prepared extensively for these changes. Back home, they are currently advising numerous Brazilian and foreign MNEs on the impact of these changes, the risks and the opportunities that arise.
Date: 7 November 2024
Time: 15.00 – 17.30 (CET) with drinks afterwards
Extra topics
Due to popular demand, in this year’s roundtable we will also cover the recently published Pillar Two implementation in Brazil and reflect on Transfer Pricing one year later, following last year’s discussions on this topic.
We have invited Alexandre Monteiro of Alma Law to our offices in Amsterdam, to share his experience and expertise with you. He will present the highlights, provide real live examples, and discuss key considerations.
Furthermore, there will be an opportunity to schedule 1-on-1 meetings with Alexandre Monteiro for a more personalized discussion on these topics, or any other topic you may have.
Your attendance to the roundtable will be awarded with drinks afterward and (2) complimentary NOB PE credits.
