Atlas welcomes Gerben to the partner team

We are delighted to announce that Atlas Tax Lawyers N.V. (Atlas) has appointed Gerben Markink as a Partner Indirect Tax as of September 1st, 2022. Since 2013, he is a member of our team in the role of of-counsel. Gerben is an all-round VAT and Real Estate Transfer Tax (RETT) specialist who is well-recognized in the field of indirect taxation, and he brings a wealth of experience across a wide range of markets and practice areas. His expertise covers international structuring, domestic and cross-border transactions, supply chain optimization, real estate, financial services, M&A and cash flow optimization, among other areas.
