Atlas crosses borders

T/A international

Rumours were already floating around, but at the somewhat delayed opening party at the end of September (also known as the somewhat early autumn drink), we announced that Atlas and the renowned Belgian/Luxembourg tax firm Tiberghien are joining forces. At the recommendation of former KPMG Meijburg partner Jan Dekker, we had many discussions on the advantages of a Benelux firm and how we could integrate the two firms in the best possible way. In the autumn of 2016 this finally led to a new intensive cooperation called T/A international. This unique Benelux network has offices in Amsterdam, Antwerp, Brussels and Luxembourg. With more than 100 dedicated tax specialists and lawyers in three countries, our combined forces, knowledge, experience and specific focus on the Benelux turns T/A international into a unique combination; the Benelux tax firm.

It feels good to see that it is working. We are already involved in many cross-border projects and visit each other’s offices regularly. The IBA in Washington and the IFA in Madrid showed once again that the market is welcoming our initiative.

WTS

Later this year we joined WTS Global, of which Tiberghien is also a member. A unique network of like minded tax firms with offices in more than 100 countries. This network enables us to also serve our clients outside of the Benelux. We would like to introduce you to the colleagues of a WTS office – anywhere in the world.
