Atlas welcomes Taco to the partner team and Yvonne to the counsel team

We are delighted to announce that Atlas Tax Lawyers has appointed Taco Wiertsema as Partner and Yvonne Bakker as Counsel, as of January 1st, 2023. Taco is a member of our Transfer Pricing team, as Counsel, since 2020. He is an all-round Transfer Pricing specialist. Taco assists companies with a wide range of transfer pricing services, including documentation and the development and optimization of transfer pricing models. In addition, Taco specializes in transfer pricing dispute resolution and mutual agreement procedures.

Yvonne specializes in wage tax and social security law in the broadest sense. She advises companies with respect to (e.g.) terms of employment, international assignments of employees, payroll, wage tax audits and equity-based awarding programs. In addition, she also assists with negotiations and concluding agreements with the Dutch Tax Authorities with respect to wage tax and social security.
