Ilyas graduated cum laude in Tax Law and Private Law from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and started his career in 2017. Prior to joining Atlas, Ilyas worked as a tax manager within the international tax practice of PwC.

Ilyas has extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of Dutch corporate income tax, Dutch withholding tax, international tax, Pillar 2, DAC6, implementing tax efficient and sustainable structures, (cross-border) restructuring, financing structures, innovation and mergers and acquisitions.
