Within the Tax Reporting team, Rick is primarily responsible for the corporate income tax compliance- and tax accounting process of real estate companies. As such, he prepares CIT returns and DTA/DTL calculations and he liaises with the tax authorities on tax audits and other discussions on tax returns. Furthermore, he provides advice on day-to-day tax questions and assist on acquisitions and restructurings.
