Marieke obtained her bachelor's degrees in Dutch law and tax law at Groningen University. She then completed the master International and European tax law at the University of Amsterdam.

 
During her studies, she gained experience at big four firms and an international law firm. In 2023, Marieke joined atlas. She is part of the Corporate M&A team, in which she advises on all tax aspects of mergers & acquisitions, domestic and international corporate taxation.
