Jeroen van Dijk

Jeroen van Dijk is a broadly specialized tax lawyer in the field of Indirect Tax. Jeroen has extensive experience in VAT and RETT, specifically with regard to Dutch real estate.

He advises (international) real estate investors and real estate developers on the tax optimization of real estate transactions. In addition, he regularly advises on VAT related matters for clients in the financial and e-commerce sector. He also has broad experience in the field of tax underwriting and tax litigation.

Before joining Atlas, Jeroen worked for over 10 years as a tax lawyer at an international law firm. Within Atlas, he is part of the Indirect Tax and Real Estate team.
