Timoo Lemmens

Timoo joined Atlas in 2020 and is part of the Corporate team and the M&A team at Atlas.

Timoo advises on tax issues related to M&A transactions as well as possible subsequent tax advice on restructurings and reorganizations such as (corporate) mergers and demergers.

Timoo has recently been involved in:

• The acquisition of a carve-out of Quadient by Standard Investment
• The acquisition of Alcomex by Lesjoförs
• The investment in Vroom Funderingstechnieken by Craft Capital

Timoo studied Fiscal Economics at the University of Tilburg. He is a prospective member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB).
