Laura Ligthart
Senior Associate
Laura has been working at Atlas since 2023, where she is part of the Private Clients team. Before joining Atlas, Laura worked for nearly six years at a boutique law firm specialized in tax law. During these years, she further specialized in private client advisory.
Laura primarily focuses on tax advice for affluent individuals, their families, and their companies. She advises on income tax, corporate tax, and gift and inheritance tax for both domestic and foreign taxpayers. When necessary, Laura assists clients in negotiations and legal proceedings with the tax authorities.
Laura is a lawyer affiliated with the Dutch Bar Association. She has registered the following main (and sub) areas of law in the legal fields register of the Dutch Bar Association:
- Tax law
Based on this registration, she is required to earn ten training points each calendar year in each registered field of law according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
