After completing his master’s degree in indirect tax law at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Tijmen started his career in 2019 at another tax consultancy firm within the indirect tax practice in Amsterdam.
He subsequently joined Atlas in 2021, where he is part of the International VAT Team. Tijmen is broadly oriented and advises on various aspects of VAT, such as supply-chains, VAT exemptions and platforms.
In addition to his work at Atlas, Tijmen is involved in writing publications for professional magazines.
