Arthur is specialized in international tax aspects, with specific knowledge and experience in relation to real estate investments and private equity. This includes due diligence, structure papers, transactions and reorganizations, both in relation to investments into the Netherlands as well as investments via the Netherlands into other jurisdictions.
Arthur’s clientele consists primarily of (international) private equity firms, real estate investors and real estate developers. He worked for more than a decade at Loyens & Loeff.
