Scato has been a part of the Atlas team since 2023, specializing in Corporate and M&A matters. His primary focus revolves around the intricate tax aspects of M&A transactions, alongside providing expert fiscal counsel related to both domestic and international corporate taxation.
Scato has earned a master’s in international and European Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam. During his academic journey, he gained experience at an international law firm in Amsterdam.
