Jan Wiegerinck
Associate
Jan started his career at Atlas in 2021. Before joining Atlas, he gained experience at KPMG Meijburg and an Amsterdam based law firm.
Jan deals with tax issues related to M&A transactions as well as possible subsequent tax advice. He has a particular interest in the design and implementation of management incentive programs.
Jan has recently been involved in:
- Essent acquires Solar Concept
- The Dutch State invests in Stedin
- The sale of Biller B.V. to Banking Circle.
Jan studied Tax Law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
