Bas Arkenbout

Bas started his career as a tax lawyer in 2010 at one of the Big Four firms, and was seconded to a local office in Finland for a few months. He gained a lot of experience in the Technology, Media and Telecom industry and focusses on consulting (multi)national corporations with corporate income tax related matters.
Over the years Bas has developed particular interest and experience in the corporate income tax angle in relation to (cross-border) (re)structuring activities, such as: (de)mergers, (re)financing activities and related post-restructuring/ -closing integration matters.
Bas studied Tax Law at Leiden University and attended an advanced LLM course in International Tax at the International Tax Center in Leiden.
