Johan is widely specialized in VAT. He has extensive experience with worldwide indirect tax and Digital Services Tax issues within the online and digital economy, eCommerce, Pharma & MedTech industry and blockchain and crypto related products.
Johan is also involved in suppling chains, customer loyalty programs and incentive programs for clients. Furthermore he has extensive experience in the field of (global) reorganisation and M&A projects.
He started his career at BDO, he continued his career with Baker McKenzie and after six years made the switch to Atlas.
