Pauline Waalkens
Counsel
Pauline joined Atlas in 2022 where she became part of the M&A team. Before joining Atlas, she worked for almost nine years with Loyens & Loeff. She specializes in Dutch corporate tax issues in international structuring and restructuring, private equity and M&A transactions.
At Atlas, Pauline has a strong focus on SPA negotiations and executing buy-side and sell-side transactions. As such, she is a valued sparring partner for clients and other advisors in the transaction process.
