Anneke Dirksen studied HR management at Windesheim University. After her studies, she fulfilled various HR roles, including in the telecom sector and at a large Benelux law firm.

She worked for many years as an interim HR (project) manager in various sectors such as telecom, banking and the legal profession. In February 2022, Anneke started as HR manager at Atlas.

Within Atlas, Anneke is responsible for the HR department and thus for the intake, development and retention of employees.
