Bas Heine

Bas has a background in tax economics and specializes in tax accounting, corporate income tax compliance, and Pillar 2.

In addition to obtaining his Master’s degree in Tax Economics from the University of Amsterdam in 2024, Bas worked for six years at PwC within the tax accounting & compliance practice. His focus was on large multinational enterprises with operational activities in the Netherlands.

In this role, Bas was primarily involved in tax accounting, corporate income tax compliance, and assessing the impact of Pillar 2. He also gained experience with the implementation of tax accounting and Pillar 2 solutions within ERP systems of multinational companies, working at the integration of tax processes and technology.

Since 2025, Bas has been working at Atlas as part of the Corporate Tax Reporting team. In this capacity, he supports (multi)national companies with tax accounting, tax compliance, Pillar 2, and related tax advisory matters.
