Bas Leensma co-founded Atlas in 2010. Within Atlas, he is responsible for the private equity and the real estate group.
Bas has recently been involved in the following M&A deals:
- The acquisition of BiPharma by Ceban
- The acquisition of Koemans packaging by Optigroup
- The acquisition of Medicum Consult BV by Equilar Holding BV
Bas studied Tax Law and Tax Litigation at Leiden University followed by the postgraduate course in European Fiscal Studies in Rotterdam. He is a member of the private equity and venture capital association of the Netherlands (NVP) and of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB).
