Eli van Exel
Associate
Eli completed the Master’s degree in Tax Law at the Free University of Amsterdam and also obtained a Master’s degree in Fiscal Economics at the University of Amsterdam. He started his career at Atlas in 2018 after working as a working student at several Big Four firms.
Eli is an all-round transfer pricing specialist with a focus on Brazil and Germany as part of these ‘country desks’ within Atlas. His work covers all aspects of transfer pricing, including structuring, documentation, implementation, dispute resolution and performing valuations for tax purposes. Eli has a specific interest in the transfer pricing aspects of financial transactions and the development and optimisation of transfer pricing models. In doing so, he has extensive experience in large master and local file documentation projects and in the preparation of Country-by-Country Reports.
Working at Atlas since 2018, including a period in Düsseldorf as a seconded employee at WTS Germany.
