Eloisa, originally from México, is passionate for good food. She worked at many 5 star hotels & resorts in Playa del Carmen México, as a Restaurant Manager for several years. When she moved to The Netherlands she started to work in restaurants at hotels like Hilton, and Canal House. She discovered her passion for cooking during Covid times and opened her own catering bussines of authentic Mexican food and an online Mexican candy shop.
Now she is cooking lunch everyday for the Atlas team, and even though she makes a lot of various dishes, “Taco Tuesday” is always the favorite lunch day of everyone at the office.
Joined Atlas in 2022.
