Roelof studied Notarial Law in Utrecht, Tax Law in Amsterdam and European Fiscal Studies in Rotterdam.
Roelof started his career in 1999. From 2000, he worked in the multinational tax practice of one of the Big Four and later on also in Stockholm. Roelof co-founded Atlas in 2010 and is currently deputy-CEO of Svalner Atlas Group.
His client base includes domestic and multinational corporations. With his team and in cooperation with the WTS member firms Roelof advises his clients on their global tax position.
In recent firm rankings by Chambers Europe and Legal 500 Roelof is recommended as notable tax practioner.
